Crew ProfileCaptain: Salvatore Carrano
Salvatore is a fine Captain with extensive experience on both private and charter yachts. He is qualified at the Nautical Institute with the rank of Captain and has been working for 15 years on luxury charter yachts including a Canados 70S, a Pershing 88, a Ferretti 90 and different Turkish Gulets. Salvatore has been at the helm of our very successful 24 mt. charter yacht Alalunga RIVIERA from 2010 to 2015 and he always gained glowing references from everyone onboard.
He is a keen captain, always willing to fulfill his guests’ requests and desires at his best and has a very friendly attitude still remaining very discreet. He speaks Italian, school French, and basic English and Spanish but thanks to his cheerful personality he’s able to communicate easily, no matter the language.Chef: Margherita di Feola
Margherita, Margot for her friends, is a very energetic and talented woman from Sicily with an innate passion for the sea.
Born and raised in the amazing island of Sicily, Margot attended the nautical institute in Palermo, then the Foreign Language University and went on an Erasmus in Germany.
Her strong interest in foreign cultures combined with her passion for the sea and with her culinary talent and she bought a little boat where she organized daily charters acting as a Captain, as a touristic guide and as a chef. Then, she decided to expand her experience and embarked on large charter yachts as a Chief Stewardess/Chef.
Margot is able to spoil her guests with typical Mediterranean delicacies and her aesthetic taste that she cultivates painting majolica, is reflected in the plating of her dishes that are a delight to the eyes and to the palate.Deckhand: Flavio Cesarini
Flavio is a very reliable and professional seamen with an extensive experience on board both motor and sailing yachts. Dynamic, friendly and very hard-worker, Flavio has been working first as a Deckhand and later as a Captain on private and charter yachts, being in charge of many different tasks: from guests reception to deck and engine maintenance. Due to his 10 years experience, he’s now perfectly able to create a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere aboard and to anticipate the guests’ needs. He owns a PADI certification and is particularly skilled in planning interesting and exciting itineraries.

Daniela joined Cinque’s team after having gained an extensive experience in the Hospitality Management industry.
She traveled extensively around the world and worked in several different positions: shop assistant, waitress, tour guide, stewardess, from London to Toronto, but always getting back to her beloved Amalfi Coast.
She’s a very kind person, has a good eye for detail and is responsible for a first class service on board. Her main aim is to make sure that every guest feels at home on the yacht and that they live an unforgettable experience.
