    Captain: Dan Lund

    Captain Dan has a lifetime experience in boating from high speed race boats to very complex commercial vessels responsible for up to 500 passengers along with private yachts to130 ft.. As Captain / Engineer with the same owner for over three years and full knowledge of all systems on board, maintenance is done in house allowing our yacht to be in it's best and safest condition. Advanced navigation and meteorology skills make for a safe and comfortable journey. In addition to USCG 200 T Master, Dan holds many accomplishments and certifications inc. technician, sailing, private pilot, advance scuba and International travel guide to name a few.

    First Mate: Andrew Pillari

    Andrew's skills go beyond his excellence with deck and maintenance. As Bosun on a 165 ft private yacht he earned his 200T Yacht Master. He started his career on Paradise over two years ago and we are proud to have him on board. With advanced social and hospitality skills, he also assists with our cabin, meal and bar service. Andrew is great with families and keeps them entertained with his humor and love of water sports. He holds an Advance Scuba Certification and is an amazing engineer. His position requires him to know all systems and operations with continuous inspections and maintenance. Andrew also fills in as Captain of Paradise and our tender "little Paradise" as needed.

    Chef: Kathleen Steele

    Aboard Paradise we believe a memorable dining experience is of most important for our guests and Chef Kathleen is our super star when it comes to dining and amazing presentations. She has over 15 years true yachting experience with many more in the hospitality industry. She is an advanced graduate from England's Ashburton Culinary School and continuously updating her skills in the industry. Our menu is always prepared per guests requests and dietary needs. Every meal including over the top deserts are made from scratch using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Her talents are amazing with knowledge in ethnic foods from around the globe. Standing ovations are common on our charters. When not in the galley she also oversees cabin and guest services. Kathleen has also been with our program for over three years.

    We have 2 very professional stews that have worked seasonal with us for the past 3 years. They are on top of their skills with advanced training in Silver Service and Hospitality.
