    GLEN SMITH - Captain

    Raised just outside of Southampton on the South Coast of England, Glen has always loved yachting and the ocean. Educated as an electrician, he began his career in the yachting industry as a Deckhand/2nd Engineer in Turkey 21 years ago. Glen advanced to Mate/Engineer on sport fishing yachts travelling extensively throughout the Bahamas and the Caribbean then became Chief Engineer on mega yachts cruising the same waters. He went on to earn his 200ton MCA approved Captain’s License and has since Captained charter as well as private use yachts in the Bahamas and Caribbean. Glen is passionate about motorcycles, is an avid sport fisherman and loves to snorkel.

    Growing up in the beach town of New Jersey, Nicole has always felt comfortable near the ocean. After 6 months of travelling South East Asia during college, she realized she may not be ready for a desk-job in finance just yet! She was introduced to yachting by a friend, and found her natural creativity and bubbly personality to be a perfect fit for the industry. In her free time, Nicole loves being outdoors, hiking, snowboarding and travelling.

    Clive grew up in the vast wilderness of beautiful Zimbabwe where he developed a real appreciation for nature and conservation. But due to political unrest, at the age of 18, he decided that it may be wise to explore career options abroad. Always having been drawn to the ocean, Clive moved to the USA to study at NMEA maritime college and has been working on the water ever since as a diver, electrician and captain to name a few. He's lived and worked in the Cayman Islands, Fiji and South Africa and has travelled extensively. Living a true salt life, this guy even spends his time off diving, wakeboarding and kitesurfing.

    CLAIRE DODD - Chef

    Born in Bournemouth on the south coast of England, Claire was raised bilingual, in English and German. Having family throughout Europe, she began her love of travel and meeting people from an early age. Claire graduated from Plymouth University with a degree in languages and went on to gain employment in customer relations within the banking sector. Wanting a change, Claire took on the management of a B&B overlooking the historic town and castle of Corfe, situated on the English Jurassic coast. Here she also started a restaurant, catering lunches and evening meals for guests. Claire spent a few years traveling and working in a variety of hotels, bars and restaurants in different countries around the globe before beginning her yachting career four years ago.

    Claire’s interests include; Art, Music, and the outdoors.
