    Captain: Eric AdamsCaptain: Eric Adams

Captain Eric Adams grew up on the beaches and back bays of South Jersey where he learned to embrace and live the Margaretville philosophy of life. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire, Eric traveled to Australia to attend the 1986 Americas Cup. It was there that he was introduced to the world of yachting. Captain Adams officially began his yachting career in 1990, where he spent the first six years working aboard large charter yachts in the beautiful Caribbean and breathtaking Bahamas. After successfully completing thousands of nautical hours of sea-time, he moved to obtaining his captain’s license and spent the next twenty-two years pushing through the waves from Key West all the way to Bar Harbor Maine, and all major ports in between. Eric captains each yacht with passion for his guests’ enjoyment and love of sea. He can only hope everyone he sets sail with, will embrace the Margaretville philosophy of life and slow down to enjoy it.

    Subject Sea Star Charter

Herman we had an absolutely wonderful time on our January 2018 Charter aboard the Sea Star.  Although the BVI were heavily damaged from the recent storms the beaches are still brilliant white and the water deep blue.

We were able to enjoy lobster at the Big Bamboo on Annagota, Leverick Bay on Virgin Gorda is fully operational, and the Soggy Dollar on Just Van Dyke has been rebuilt as well as Pirates Bight on Norman Island.

The crew was unbelievable; I knew Todd was going to be great however his crew including Sam,Cat, Christine and Rhett were simply outstanding.  They exceeded our expectations in every way.

Rita and I are already looking forward to our charter in 2019.
