Architectural Digest has called Seahawk the " Sexiest Yacht in the World"!

Seahawk’s interior was designed and styled by famous French designer Christian Liaigre, who has created a refined and contemporary ambience with strong marine accents. The Guest accommodation are serene, spacious as well as versatile.

  • Guest Accommodation:
    Master Stateroom - includes 2 Queen beds; One bed 173x196 facing aft on the Starboard side and One bed 173x196 facing forward on the Port side. The Full beam master stateroom can be divided into 2 separate staterooms each with their own entry and bathrooom with shower.
    The Port Aft Guest Stateroom includes a Queen bed 180x190 and a raised bunk bed 70x190. The bunks headroom is 80cm.
    The Starboard Aft Guest Stateroom includes a Queen bed 172x197.
    The Port and Starboard Guest Staterooms forward both include bed 124x210 at the head and 110 wide at the foot with an additional settee 68x198 and a Pullman bed rated for 75kg.
    The headroom in the guest accommodation is approximately 204cm.
  • All staterooms include ipad minis to access all Entertainment functions as well as lights, air conditioning and window shades, Crew Call and even Seahawk's speed, heading, CCTV, Radar and google earth server showing tracking. There are also ipod docks for guests to plug in their personal collections. Functions are also available with Crestron remotes and touch panels mounted in each cabin.

  • Audio Visual Equipment and Deck Facilities:
    Guests use Ipad Minis to access all entertainment systems in all guest cabins, on flybridge or The Main Salon or Study, which include:
    Sky TV, English Sky TV, American Direct TV, German Sky, Apple TV, Blueray, Digital Terrestrial TV, Audio Radio, 3D TV available in all guest cabins.
    55" Flatscreen available on the flybridge for alfresco cinema.
    Audio is available in the aft cockpit, flybridge, forward cockpit and the bow!
    Wi-Fi is available throughout the yacht with 9 access points including on the mizzen mast for outdoor access. All cabins have Cisco phones which use wireless.
    Voice is available through VSAT Seatel MTN 256kbps up/512kbps down, 3G GSM/Simcard, Fleet broadband, internal Cisco PBX system and a separate SAT phone.

  • Communications:
    Wi-Fi is available throughout the yacht with 9 access points including on the mizzen mast for outdoor access. All cabins have Cisco phones which use wireless.

  • Notes:
    SEAHAWK is the first sailing yacht in Perini Navi's new generation 60m line. Seahawk is an aluminum ketch designed by the naval architects at Perini Navi with a sail area of 2,125 square meters and two aluminum masts of 62 and 52 meters, respectively. For the first time on a Perini Navi yacht, the booms are made of carbon fiber and so are the foils and the bright red standing rigging.
    The builders installed a new generation of fully recessed furlers for the furling of the headsails and developed the new captive winches to help increase tacking speed to under a minute!

    Captain: Henry Bardsley

    Henry Bardsley – Captain

    Originally from a coastal county in England, sailing has always been an integral part of Henry’s life. Starting at the age of 6 years old in an Optimist, he has sailed throughout school and every holiday, eventually ended up as an RYA instructor teaching abroad.

    Competitive by nature, he progressed into racing, competing on Lasers, 49’s and a J80’s. After completing a notable City & Guild’s boatbuilding course, he proceeded into a career in Super yachts, which he has been in for 10 years.

    Henry has been onboard Seahawk for the last 4 years and was part of the build in Italy. He has cruised most of the Mediterranean, Caribbean, East Coast of America and South Pacific. He is a fun & lively member of the crew. He will help make your dreams come true and without a doubt, day or night will be there to help in any possible way.

    First Mate: Bruce Kennedy

    He calls himself a kiwi but was really born in Cape Town, South Africa. In 1996 his Dad won the prestigious ‘Cape to Rio’ yacht race and after much celebrating of the huge achievement, his family moved aboard and set off cruising around the world.

    Four and a half years later they came across New Zealand and fell in love with the place, calling Tauranga home. Bruce joined the local Yacht club and started sailing at a competitive level in Olympic classes, ranking high In NZ and internationally. He was a natural and came very close to making the Olympic team for NZ. In recent times he’s done a handful of Super yacht regattas aboard S/Y Lady B and S/Y Zenji.

    He joined the super yacht industry in 2008 and having traveled extensively since then, Bruce is your all around adventurer, a true wonder luster. He enjoys the traveling life style and nature wonders. His favorite hobbies are kite surfing, sailing, spearfishing and he enjoys gardening when he gets the opportunity. He’s an easy going, approachable character and is all about making your experience that once in a lifetime.

    Bosun: Sam Forbes

    Sam from a young age he has been involved with sailing and it has been his passion growing up as well as rugby, media & film. Sailing has been in Sam's family for over 3 generations, so he thought that he would carry on the tradition and also a dream of his, and join one of the best sailing yachts on the circuit to date - Seahawk.

    Sam is currently yacht master qualified and heading for bigger and better things, devoting his study time to ultimately become a captain. Any spare time Sam has he uses to sail, whether it be smaller dinghies or cruisers, Sam loves every aspect of sailing, big or small.

    When you are onboard Seahawk, Sam is your personal tour guide to all things beautiful. Being the chief water sports instructor, he will be teaching you how to use all of the equipment we have on board, from jet skis to seabobs to wake boarding to water skiing to just going for a swim and a snorkel. Being passionate about the water gives Sam the insight and desire to make your trip the trip of a lifetime and one to tell the grandkids about!

    Deckhand: Edward Baddeley

    Ed grew up in New Zealand’s South Island, which instilled in him a passion for the outdoors. After completing university he worked for several years as an analyst in the public sector and then decided to enter into the world of super yachts.

    After a circumnavigation of New Zealand in a classic sailing yacht, Edward successfully completed his RYA Yachtmaster certificate and headed to the Mediterranean to join a 34m motor yacht for a busy season. He joined Seahawk in Tahiti as a Deckhand.

    His other interests include skiing, water sports, fishing and running.

    Chief Engineer: Gary Rodden

    Gary is originally from St. Andrews, Scotland, was born with a golf club in his hand and was playing 18 holes before he could walk. 40 years onwards he can accomplish neither of these tasks very well, but never lets it get him down. Now a resident of New Zealand, newly married and with his first child on the way, you will always find Gary armed with a smile and ready to tackle whatever day-to-day engineering tasks are thrown his way. A lover of the great outdoors, and an avid fan or most sports, in particular football, rugby and golf...funnily enough all of the ones the Scottish national team are not very good at!!! He figures that now he has married a kiwi, he can officially support the all Blacks anyway, so it’s not all bad!

    Available 24/7 to answer all of your queries - such as what does that big red button do? Gary cannot wait to welcome you onboard Seahawk.

    2nd Engineer: Harrison Davidson

    Harrison is from Auckland, New Zealand and spent most his summers up in the Bay of Islands with family camping and fishing. This is where his passion grew for the ocean and outdoor adventures. Recently graduating from New Zealand Maritime School at the end of 2015 with his commercial Class-3 Engineer ticket, he has pursued a career in the super yacht industry.

    Having worked on fishing trawlers in the Sub-Antarctic and Cruise ships the change into super yachts has been exceptional and his future goal is to gain valuable knowledge and become a chief engineer.

    Harrison loves a challenge and always wants to learn more; he has a great interest in water sports, boxing, hiking and all ball sports.

    Chief Stewardess: Maria Yeomans

    Maria grew up in the North of England and after traveling extensively for a year found her self-leaving a career of Media planning and buying behind to indulge in her adventurous spirit and join super yachts. She has advanced through the industry in her 5 years and has worked on some very prominent yachts, including M/Y Baton Rouge.

    Maria has explored most places in the Mediterranean and Caribbean and optimistically finds the best in both worlds. The Caribbean for its laid back luxury and the Mediterranean for its glamour and culture. Adding to her credentials, Maria is an advanced Scuba Diver and loves to race in adventure races, showing her mettle in work and play. Maria is friendly and approachable and always strives to always achieve the highest levels of service for her guests.

    2nd Stewardess: Keryn Rankin

    Keryn has been sailing on Seahawk for over 18 months now and also hails from New Zealand. Prior to yachting, Keryn worked as a flight attendant for Emirates Airline. She has a keen passion for travel and has extensively seen the world over.

    Being based in Dubai for this period, she then decided it was time for a change and transitioned her skills to the yachting industry.

    Having worked on both motor and sailing yachts, she truly feels at home on the mighty Seahawk and is making the most of their world cruise. In her spare time Keryn is a keen diver and is hoping to complete her Yoga teacher-training course in the near future.

    Stewardess: Amy Mc Cormack

    After completing her degree in Commercial photographic practice in the UK, Amy's first job was as a cruise ship photographer sailing the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Her next job was working on a motor yacht in France but it was her current job working on Seahawk that made her pursue a career in the yachting industry. Her previous experience in hospitality and 3 years working on yachts has given her the skills and attributes to be a great stewardess.

    She has recently spent time in the UK at Ashburton cookery school as she has now taken over the role as the of charter crew chef, which she is very excited about.

    In her spare time she indulges in her passion of photography and horse riding.

    Stewardess: Kaya Simpson

    Having grown up in a popular sailing town, working in the yachting industry was a natural progression from the busy bar where Kaya had been working in on the Isle of Wight. From a young age Kaya has been involved with sailing regattas and races all along the south coast of England. Before Seahawk she worked on classic sailing yachts as a stewardess both in the Med and Caribbean.

    I also really enjoy sewing and textiles and Kaya hopes to develop this into a career that keeps her involved with the yachting industry. Seahawk is a great way to explore new places in an exciting way.

    Chef: Johanna D’ Arcangelo

    Starting life in on Vancouver island, on the West coast of Canada, Johanna comes from both a sailing and culinary background. Living on sailboats in her formative years initiated her love of sailing. Leaving a career in the film industry behind, she travelled to Paris, France for 1 year to complement her Canadian qualifications and became classically trained Chef. Johanna has notably worked in L'Astrance, Paris (3 Michelin stars) and Spring, Paris (Le Fooding Top 10 Paris restaurants 2011).

    She has been working on Superyachts extensively for the last 10 years. Accomplished in Mediterranean, Thai, Sushi, Indian, Modern French and Seafood preparation, she is happy to cater for the health conscious through to those with a taste for Gastronomic Cuisine. Her favorite medium to work with is fresh, locally sourced organic ingredients.
