The luxury Motor Yacht 35mt INDIA was built in 1982 by the Italian shipyard Benetti and it has been painstakingly refitted recently.
With its three bridges cleverly designed to maximize space, India creates the impression of being far wider than its actual 35 mt lenght and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in 4 beautiful cabins, all equipped with modern flat screen TV, satellite and telephone. On the lower deck there is a full beam VIP suite with large private bathroom and two double cabins, also with ensuite facilities, plus crew quarter. On the main deck there is the full beam Master suite with a big private bathroom, panoramic windows on the foredeck, a small desk and large closets. The same deck include a beautifully appointed salon with a separate formal dining area.
 India features the ideal combination of comfortable and stylish interior and stunning open deck spaces with well designed awnings providing ample shade. The spacious aft deck dining area provides welcome shade for long, leisurely lunches and dinners whilst the yacht's glamorous walk-around deck gives a true feeling of space on board. A custom designed water sports platform offers direct and easy access to the sea from the aft deck.
On the sundeck, a huge solarium extends for several square meters behind the control bridge.

    Bruno is an excellent, experienced and professional seaman who has been working in the luxury yacht industry since 1998. During this time he has visited most of the Mediterranean and Adriatic, he has also cruised in the Caribbean Sea and has sailed from there to Africa. Before joining M/Y INDIA during the summer 2015, Bruno has led for several years the wonderful M/S MONTECRISTO, always obtaining an impressive positive outcome during every single charter. As Captain, he feels extremely honored to operate in the Mediterranean area, onboard such a beautiful yacht, working with professional colleagues and having the opportunity to create unforgettable moments for anyone who steps foot onboard the stunning M/Y INDIA. Italian mother tongue, Bruno speaks also English and Spanish.

    Deckhand: Mizzan RahmanDeckhand: Mizzan Rahman

    Mizzan started working in the yachting industry fifteen years ago. He already worked with Captain Bruno Todisco onboard M/S Montecristo for several years.

    He’s a very skilled seamen and is definitely used to luxury service: before embarking, he acquired a lifelong experience as a chef, working for the King of Abu Dhabi, the Karachi Club and for several other clubs in Pakistan, Turkey and Greece!

    Mizzan is an experienced deckhand, very professional and accurate and he looks after his guests to the best of his abilities. He’s a hard worker, always smiling and keen to give his assistance whenever needed.

    He speaks fluent English and Italian.

    Engineer: Roberto SiniscalchiEngineer: Roberto Siniscalchi

    Roberto is a very trusted and reliable Chief Engineer with extensive experience at his shoulders.

    His passion for mechanics, combined with his passion for the sea, led him to attend the Nautical Institute and graduate as an engineer.

    Then he embarked on passenger ships in 1989 and acquired over 28 years of experience on board, including merchant vessels and charter yachts.

    The mechanical skills acquired thanks to his education and his many years spent working in the nautical industry, assure the comfort and safety of all guests and his positive and cheerful attitude make him a very pleasant company to cruise with.

    Italian mother tongue, Roberto also speaks a basic English.

    First officer: Massimo LamandiniFirst officer: Massimo Lamandini

    Massimo is an incredibly reliable Chief Mate with an extensive experience in the maritime field. His deep passion for the sea led him to start, in 2000, a sailing school to teach sailing lovers of all ages from the basics to regattas techniques. Then he entered the yachting industry embarking on charter yachts and he sailed extensively, from the Mediterranean, to Northen Atlantic, to the Caribbean sea.

    A great team builder, Massimo is definitely a master in creating a positive and motivated atmosphere for the crew and his long experience with shipyards allows him to perfectly arrange the maintenance of the yacht, keeping it in its best shape.

    Italian mother-tongue, he also speaks English.

    Chef: Salvatore FlagielloChef: Salvatore Flagiello

    Salvatore is a very talented chef, a dynamic crew member and a pleasant company to share a chat with.

    His great passion for the cuisine started at a very young age: when he was 14 his main hobby was cooking for his friends and family, but only after his 18th birthday he started doing it at a professional level.

    He started working as an assistant, he then became sous-chef and later chef, moving from Italy to Armenia and, in 2011, to Australia. He then came back to Italy and in 2013 he started his journey as a chef in the yachting industry. His travels allowed him to experiment with new tastes and flavors and enriched his mainly Mediterranean cuisine. He loves to prepare handmade pasta, pizza and even croissants to delight his guests, that he surprises everyday with a different menu.

    His ability to please international palates is unrivalled and his warm personality makes his a very appreciated addition to the crew.

    Chief Stewardess: Roberta IllianoChief Stewardess: Roberta Illiano

    Roberta is an experienced ad professional stewardess with a huge background in tourism management. After taking a degree in Economics of Tourism, she started working as a receptionist in different hotels and resorts, developing her strong predisposition to contact with public and acquiring excellent problem-solving skills.

    Her maritime career started in 2012 as a stewardess and she loved the position so much that so far, she’s still in the yachting industry and she has become a chief stewardess. Friendly, warm and discreet, Roberta is a very good company and a super efficient crew member.

    Italian mother tongue, she also speaks English.

    Stewardess: Yolanda Martinez

    The main thing you notice once you meet Yolanda is her everlasting smile. Fun and cheerful, she’s a very good company but also a very accurate and professional stewardess.

    She has been working as a stewardess on private yachts since 2009 and she acquired a valuable experience along the way, learning how to apply her good taste to every aspect of her job and how to anticipate guests’ needs, spoiling them with snacks and canapés.

    An adventurous soul, she loves kayaking and she’s a true sea-lover.

    Yolanda is a Spanish mother-tongue but she fluently speaks Italian and English.
