- Chad hails from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He has sailed the Bahamas, Florida Keys, and Caribbean from a young age. Licensed captain for 18 years. He loves to dive, free dive, spearfish, and anything you can think of that involves the ocean. Experienced Towing and Salvage Captain has given him unique knowledge of boat handling and towing capabilities. He loves to show kids what he loved at their ages. He is also a Grill Master. His time on the water has given him great knowledge of Off The Beaten Path spots that seldom frequent. But that’s another story.Chef: Matthew Mazzoni
Executive Chef Mazzoni brings a wealth of experience to yachting, where he has decided to establish himself after ten years working in fine dining, casual dining and catering. His specialties are contemporary and classic cuisine, such as French, Italian, Spanish, American Southern, American Southwest/Mexican and Asian Fusion. He is eager to learn all facets of yachting and to create an exceptional dining experience for the guest.Stewardess: Simone Kowalski
Simone began her yachting career in 2002 and has served as Chief Stewardess on numerous private and charter motor vessels. Simone is a capable yacht crew member, with galley to deck skills. Juan-Leigh Meyer sails as a Stewardess aboard M/Y Lady Deena II. After growing up in South Africa, a friend of JL’s twisted her arm to come to Fort Lauderdale and give the luxurious yachting industry a bash, and her life changed forever. What was supposed to be a six-month working holiday turned into eight years and counting. JL loves the spontaneity of the industry. Her home is based in Miami but her heart continues to trot along the globe, meeting new people, cultures and experiencing the magnificent diversity the world has to offer. Her yachting career has taken her from the Med - traveling the southern coast, Lebanon, London, Saudi Arabia, America, and the Caribbean with her favorites destinations being Greece and Turks and Caicos. When she is not at sea, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, reading a good book, studying, playing tennis, yoga, hikes dinner parties and games nights by the fire. JL has a very happy, adventurous, bubbly character that likes to stay active and continuously on the move for the next adventure, big or small.Mate: Patrick Nolan
Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Patrick has always had a love for the ocean, and a passion for fishing. He began his maritime career at an early age, working at a marina whilst still at school for 2 seasons. Patrick then moved on to work on commercial fishing vessels for two years and completed a degree in Marine Technology at Kingsborough. He has been in the industry for six years and since has completed his 100 ton Captains license and dive master. Patrick is also a keen motorcyclist, crazy about fishing, diving and loves to watch movies in his spare time.

Our week was excellent. We knew it would be great because youalways manage to set us up on a terrific yacht with an excellent crew in aterrific destination.
We felt it was important to let you know the crew aboard Lady Deena II wasexceptional! Beyond! And we have been fortunate to have had so many wonderfulcrew/captains but we would say Captain Storm would be the BEST of all inevery category. If you have a way to let the owners know how pleased wewere and thank them and thank YOU !
